Freedom of speech?

An article on free speech in the academic world in the Red Deer Advocate mentions that some Concordia students have endorsed a boycott calling for divestment of interest in Israeli companies and refusal of exchanges with Israeli academics. The article also points out that Canadian universities were recently given a failing grade by the Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedom in its 2012 Campus Freedom Index.
