Posted on February 14, 2013

Coastal Point interviews Monica Patterson, a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Centre for Interdisciplinary Studies in Society and Culture and the Department of History and Centre for Ethnographic Research and Exhibition in the Aftermath of Violence, about being awarded the prestigious Banting Postdoctoral Fellowship in September 2012. Patterson will use the fellowship to travel to South Africa to collect the stories of people who grew up during apartheid and the legal policy of segregation in South Africa.
