Quebec's knowledge economy in jeopardy

The Montreal Gazette reports that positions regarding the financing of higher education are divisive. The article quotes Robert Sonin, President of Concordia’s Graduate Students’ Association, who states that the Government of Quebec is “destroying the knowledge economy.”
