Two-tier universities are not the solution

An op-ed signed by President Shepard, Lucie Lequin, president of the Faculty Association, and Maria Peluso, president of the Part-Time Faculty Association, appeared in Saturday’s The Montreal Gazette. The op-ed argues against Henry Aubin’s proposal that Quebec should adopt a two-tier university system.
