Former city engineer admits to taking kickbacks

Arvind Jain, a professor in the Department of Finance in the John Molson School of Business, commented on the testimony of Gilles Suprenant, a former City of Montreal engineer, who admitted to accepting illegal kickbacks during his time with the city: Friday, September 19 CBC News at Six (video clip, Jain appears at the 3 minute mark).
