Kyle Matthews, senior Deputy Director of the Montreal Institute for Genocide and Human Rights Studies, was on CJAD’s (audio clip) The Barry Morgan Show last night discussing his petition to stop Quebec’s Education Minister Marie Malavoy’s proposal to cut back on English classes for first-grade French students.
