The community arts studio, La Ruche d’Art, which was founded by Janis Timm-Bottos, a professor in the Department of Creative Arts Therapies, was featured on the CTV News segment Power of One. The J.W. McConnell Family Foundation has awarded La Ruche d’Art with a $300,000 grant to help open other community arts studios across Quebec.
