U.S. Supreme Court ruling on Obama's health care reform

The U.S. Supreme Court rendered a decision last week regarding the constitutionality of President Obama’s health care reform. Le Devoir features an Op-ed on the subject by Guy Lachapelle, a professor in the Department of Political Science.
