Policy framework to prevent genocides and attrocities

The Ottawa Citizen features an Op-ed by Senator and LtGen (ret) Roméo A. Dallaire, Frank Chalk and Kyle Matthews of Concordia’s Montreal Institute for Genocide and Human Rights Studies (MIGS). The authors are asking the Harper government to follow in the footsteps in the Obama administration and implement “policy framework in Ottawa designed to prevent future genocides and crimes against humanity.”
