Regrets affect health

AARP interviews Isabelle Bauer, who completed her PhD in Concordia’s Department of Psychology. Bauer collaborated with Carsten Wrosch, a professor in the Department of Psychology and member of the Centre for Research in Human Development, on a study that shows that regrets can disrupt people’s hormonal and immune systems. This study was published in March 2011.
