Quebec's pension problem

Michel Magnan, an accountancy professor in the John Molson School of Business, and colleagues from the research group CIRANO, compiled Le rapport Pensions 4-2, a document recommending the creation of a public retirement savings plan. The report, commissioned by the Quebec’s Ministry of Finance, was released last fall.: TVA Nouvelles.
