Experiencing the Media Mix: Anime, Manga, Video Games

Scholars from the U.S., Japan and Canada gathered at Concordia February 4-5 for this year’s edition of the President’s Conference Series (PCS), Experiencing the Media Mix: Anime, Manga, Video Games. The general public had a chance to try  independent video games during Sunday evening’s Mixcade: The Montreal Mirror and Anime News Network.

Saleem Dabbous, TAG coordinator in Concordia’s Hexagram, was interviewed by CBC’s Cinq à Six on January 28. Dabbous gave a preview of the Mixcade, a public arcade which will be set up in the EV building as part of the PCS. Dabbous was also interviewed by CBC's Daybreak on February 3.
