Geneviève Sicotte, an Études Françaises professor, will be featured on Les rencontres de l’ACFAS, a series of shows on Le Canal Savoir. Sicotte will discuss the culinary patrimony of Quebec. The show January 25 at 10:00 p.m.. Reruns will also air on January 27-28.
