Bureaucrats are not entirely to blame for the annual ‘battle for Christmas’ being waged in modern Quebec society according to Paul Allen, a professor in the Department of Theology. Allen comments on the responsibility of Christians in promoting “Christianity is a plausible spiritual and religious option” in The Montreal Gazette.
