Guy Lachapelle, a professor in the Department of Political Science, is interviewed on Radio- Canada’s Première Heure regarding Jacques Duchesneau’s comments to the Quebec parliamentary commission on financing of political parties. Lachapelle also proposes some solutions to this problem.
