John Molson Accounting Society Awards

Are you majoring in Accountancy and participate actively in the events and services provided by the John Molson Accounting Society (JMAS)?

Apply for the 2021-2022 John Molson Accounting Society Awards! Up to two awards, valued at $1,225, will be awarded to eligible undergraduate students.

Eligibility

You must be a full-time student enrolled in a course of study leading to a undergraduate degree in Accountancy (i.e., Major in Accountancy) with a minimum GPA of 3.0

Information about the John Molson Accounting Society Award:

  • Applicants will submit a one-page letter to summarize how they have been positively influenced by their participation in the events and services provided by JMAS
  • No present or past member of JMAS executive is eligible for this award
  • Student applicants may be Canadian citizens, permanent residents or international students

How to apply

Applications for the JMAS Awards in Accountancy must include a one-page letter that elaborates how you have been positively influenced by the participation in the events and services provided by JMAS, as well as your most recent transcript (unofficial Student Record/Transcript from Concordia).

Please submit both documents as a single PDF document via email to Silvana Mendicino. The application deadline is March 15, 2022.

Recipients of the JMAS Awards will be informed by the end of the 2021-2022 academic year.
