After students from the Goodman Institute of Investment Management at the John Molson School of Business more than doubled the worldwide pass rate for the CFA Level I exam, their colleagues who wrote the CFA Level II and III exams have added to Concordia’s impressive record. The worldwide pass rates for levels II and III were 46% and 54% respectively. Goodman students who were first-time writers of the Level II exam achieved a pass rate of 83%, while those who wrote the Level III exam had a pass rate of 78%.

To earn the CFA charter, candidates need to pass a series of three exams. These exams — Level I, Level II and Level III — must be passed sequentially as one of the requirements for earning the Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA) designation which is generally recognized as the highest level of competence in investment knowledge, professional ethics and corporate standards.
