The John Molson School of Business, in cooperation with Concordia Human Resources is running its sixth annual Toy Drive in support of the McGill University Health Centre’s Montreal Children’s Hospital Child Life Department.
Last year’s collection was a great success thanks to the overwhelming generosity of the Concordia community with over 1,000 toys collected. Organizers Eva Ferrara, Mona Senecal and Jay Mazzamauro are hoping to surpass that total this year.
Ferrara says that they relying on the enthusiasm and support from the members of the Concordia Community to make that happen.
Unwrapped gifts may be dropped off at any of the locations below until Friday, December 13, 2013. Hospital volunteers will sort the gifts by age and gender and will wrap them as well. The toys will then be delivered by the wonderful elves from Distribution Services.
The organizing committee would like to express its gratitude to Danawares Corporation, who will be selling Concordia toys at cost price. Cash donations towards these purchases are welcome!
Note: The hospital has requested that you do not donate toys of a violent nature
