Antoine Audy-Julien, Jessica Daigneault and Jennifer Solman represented Concordia University’s John Molson School of Business (JMSB) at the 8th annual Organizational Behaviour Case Competition (OBCC), hosted by Ryerson University.

The team delivered a stellar performance winning gold for the fourth consecutive year.

The three teams who advanced to the final round were given 15 minutes to adjust their recommendations before presenting to a larger panel, consisting of nine judges who are professionals in the area of human resources.

The John Molson Competition Committee would like to thank Lead Coach, Aaron Dresner, for preparing the team and for accompanying them to the competition. The Committee thanks Assistant Coach, Christopher Labrecque for all of his help.

Final results:

  2. Ted Rogers School of Management, Ryerson University
  3. College of Management and Economics, University of Guelph

The Committee also thanks Head Coach and Advisor to the Competition Program, Mark Haber for his commitment and contribution to the program.

The team would also like to express its deepest gratitude to exclusive sponsor Pfizer Canada for their support and encouragement of the case competition program.
