Studio Arts Assistant Professor Linda Swanson (ceramics) has been selected to receive an emerging artist award from the National Council on Education for the Ceramic Arts (NCECA). As part of the award, Swanson will present her work at the 2013 NCECA Conference in Houston Texas from March 20 to 23, 2013, and receive a generous grant sponsored by Windgate Charitable Foundation. Her work will be featured in the Convention Expo and NCECA's publications.
