The CSLP is inviting graduate students to submit proposals to design and lead student-led activities during the 2026 academic year. The call offers an opportunity for students to turn their ideas into meaningful initiatives that foster learning, engagement, and connection within the graduate community.
Open to graduate students from across disciplines, the initiative supports activities developed by students, for students. Selected organizers will receive guidance from the CSLP team throughout the planning and facilitation process, access to event space for in-person activities, modest honoraria for organizers and guest speakers, and logistical support—including snacks for participants.
The CSLP welcomes creative, inclusive proposals that promote student learning, peer connection, and community building. Activities may take many forms, including workshops, discussion or reading series, skill-building sessions, panels, or other innovative and creative formats. Students with an idea are strongly encouraged to apply. Full details here.
The submission deadline is January 16, 2026. Graduate students interested in expressing interest or requesting further details are invited to contact Zeina Ismail-Allouche at zeina.ismailallouche@concordia.ca by the deadline.
The CSLP has several event spaces for use by students and we are ready to provide some logistical support for events.
