Join Climate Hearth for IMMERSION, a weekend of events exploring eco-anxiety, community and climate action.
Take part in discussions, workshops, an eco-arts activity, an urban biodiversity walk, a policy brainstorm and more.
The event is free, bilingual and kid-friendly, with the option to attend as many or as few sessions as you like.
Activities include:
- Presentation on climate emotions research
- Mental health & climate change policy brainstorm with Climate Hearth
- St. Lawrence River educational activity
- Shoreline cleanup
NOTE: Lunch will be included for those who register for the entire day. The afternoon activities will take place fully outside. Please dress accordingly and wear comfortable shoes. Lunch will be included (beforehand) for those who register for the entire day.
This event is part of Campus Sustainability Month at Concordia, a month-long series of sustainability events and activities.
