This training is offered by GradProSkills. It is only open to current graduate students and postdoctoral scholars. 

Advanced registration required.

A quick and simple introduction to the Linux operating system. This workshop is for beginners with little to no experience working with this free and open-source OS.

In this hands-on session participants will get an overview of different Linux distros (versions), install a Linux system on their existing system (using a VM) and learn the basics of working with the linux operating system (file structure, command line).
