All Welcome For An Intergenerational Exchange!

This talk is the first in a series engAGE will be putting on in the coming year to celebrate and feature Concordia Fine Arts Alumni. We are inviting artists to tell us about their work and to reflect on aging, transformation and a life in the arts.

Cecil Castellucci is the Eisner nominated, Shuster award winning and New York Times bestselling author of novels and graphic novels. Titles include, Shade, the Changing Girl, Boy Proof, The Plain Janes, Soupy Leaves Home, Female Furies, Star Wars Hyperspace, Shifting Earth, Odd Duck and High Strangeness.

Their short stories have been published in EC Comics Cruel Universe, Strange Horizons, Reactor.com, and other anthologies. In 2023 they were awarded a Fulbright to Denmark. They’ve written librettos for operas which incorporate comics. They are currently doing a comics anthology performance art endurance project I AM THE COMIC BOOK.
