Take a break during Reading Week: get outside, move and reflect on the changes in the seasons and our lives! Led by Lisa Tomlinson, counsellor, CPS and Jen Bourque, chaplain and coordinator, MfSC, we'll walk together and reflect on change.

Gather in Loyola Landing at 2 pm; we'll walk on and near the Loyola campus and end with sharing our insights.  Open to students, faculty and staff with priority given to students. The walk will be held rain or shine—please come dressed for the weather.

Accessiblity: Participants are welcome to walk at their own pace. The route will be accessible to people using mobility devices.  If you require additional accommodations for this event, please email mfsc@concordia.ca by Oct 8.
