Community, Care & Compassion is a program that offers compassionate spaces where students, faculty and staff can come together to name loss, support one another through change and build caring community.

Students, faculty and staff are invited to this non-judgmental space to build a caring community during times of loss and change. Participants can engage with the program in many ways:

  • Share losses: Come together to acknowledge personal or collective grief.
  • Engage in facilitated experiences: Join guided activities such as group reflections, ritual and creative practices, or shared readings, led by university and community facilitators.
  • Pursue independent reflection: Take a moment on your own for journaling, meditation, art-making or other personal rituals.

Registration is preferred but not required; you can attend one or more sessions.
