Contemplative walk and picnic

Join Sonia Masand, Interfaith Facilitator at the Multi-faith and Spirituality Centre, for some reflections on the things that bring you joy and peace of mind while you walk.

Come dressed for the weather and with shoes and clothes that allow you to move your body!

We'll walk over to Place des Arts where we can sit down for a picnic in the space.

IMPORTANT NOTE: if you cannot register on EventBrite for any reason, you can still join the contemplative walk! Meet us at the Z Annex at 1 pm on May 1st - Bring your own picnic. We'll start walking at 1:15

Accessiblity information:

Access to the Z Annex is via a flight of exterior stairs. All gender washrooms are located on the 2nd floor and in the basement. Access via the basement (5 exterior stairs) is possible on request.
