Finals period is a stressful time. With the many deadlines and exams coming around the corner, time for self-care becomes a luxury that students can barely afford.
With that in mind, we would like to invite you to our Mindful Lunch space to slow down for a brief moment during lunch and make space for yourself to savor your food.
Taking time to savor a moment or a pleasant experience has been associated with an increased level of contentment and is often recommended by many mental health professionals as a nervous system regulation activity, which in turn increases productivity. So, bring your lunch and savor the moment with us. We will also provide snacks, tea and coffee.

10-min silent lunch.
Open space to continue to finish your lunch in silence or talk to people in the space.
Access to the Z Annex is via a flight of exterior stairs. All gender washrooms are located on the 2nd floor and in the basement. Access via the basement (5 exterior stairs) is possible on request.
