Fimo Mitchell offers 30-minute sound baths designed to help students unwind and find calm amid their busy schedules. Using the power of sound healing, Fimo's sessions create a deeply relaxing experience, allowing participants to release tension, reduce stress, and reconnect with a sense of inner peace.

Facilitator

Fimo Mitchell

Fimo is a meditation teacher, certified sound healing practitioner, writer and podcast host with over 16 years of teaching experience in China. In 2021, he founded When The Village Meditates, a nonprofit committed to creating meditation, yoga and discussion spaces, along with wellness retreats that center racialized and marginalized people. Fimo is the author of three books; his most recent release, Pastel Remembrances, is a collection of short stories. Every Tuesday, he hosts the When The Village Meditates podcast, featuring ten minutes of meditation and five minutes of insightful speech.
