In this interactive workshop, we will review how to recognize symptoms of anxiety and identify how anxiety can influence our thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. We will discuss coping strategies, including mindful self-compassion, grounding and relaxation exercises, and problem-solving. You will also be given the opportunity to ask questions and share your experiences.
