This two-part workshop series introduces practical skills for navigating difficult emotions in the context of interpersonal situations. Drawing on Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), you will learn strategies to manage emotions, communicate effectively, and build healthier relationships.

We will explore mindfulness, assertiveness, and communication tools to help you express your needs while maintaining positive personal and professional relationships.

Each workshop can be attended on its own, though attending both will provide the fullest experience.
