Feeling stressed, anxious, or overwhelmed? You're not alone. The good news? Mindfulness can help.

Join us as Dr. Saba Hajizadeh discusses simple techniques that help you focus on the present moment, research-based strategies that reduce stress and anxiety. Students who practice mindfulness report better sleep, improved grades, and greater resilience when facing challenges. Plus, it's free, easy to learn, and you can do it anywhere. By interrupting the worry cycles that often traps us in unhelpful thinking patterns, mindfulness helps you manage academic pressure and build emotional strength and resilience. If you're looking for a practical, evidence-based way to support your mental health and feel more proficient, mindfulness is worth trying.
