Join us as Presenter Dr. Saba Hajizadeh discusses the effects of mindfulness on student wellbeing. You'll understand the mental health landscape in university settings, define Mindfulness-Based Interventions (MBIs) and how they work, identify the concrete benefits of mindfulness for student populations, and learn how to apply mindfulness as both a preventative and therapeutic tool in your institution.
