A little bit of anxiety can go a long way in helping you prepare for and successfully complete tests and exams. Too much anxiety, however, can interfere with performance and just feel plain uncomfortable.

During this online workshop, you’ll learn to identify the signs of unhelpful anxiety and discover practical strategies you can use before and during exams to reduce anxiety and feel more confident.
