This workshop seeks to provide you with new ways of engaging with their journals in creative and meaningful ways. Journaling looks different for everyone and thus can seem intimidating to start, we will provide different prompts on the theme of mindfulness that allow students to reflect on their relationship with writing and journaling as a meditative experience.
