This three-part series aims to create a welcoming space for you to learn about menstrual health through a wellbeing, mental health and equity lens.

Open to both menstruators and non-menstruators, the workshops explore how social norms, stigma and healthcare systems shape experiences of menstruation.Grounded in menstrual equity and gender-affirming care, the series aims to normalize conversations about periods, validate diverse experiences, and promote more informed, compassionate support, on campus and beyond.

Topics covered:

  • March 18: Does a pain-free period sound like a miracle? In reality, it can be a few simple shifts away.
  • March 25Menstrual charting is a free, easy, do-it-from-bed way to track your hormones. It can support your health, and help you know your body.
  • April 1: Learn how to advocate for yourself in clinical settings, with a focus on gender-affirming and menstrual health care.

Facilitator:
