Menstrual pain has been normalized both in mainstream culture and behind doctor's doors. Many of us don't question whether or not the pain should be there, and instead just brace for impact. We suffer through hours to days of cramps and secondary symptoms. For many, a pain free period can sound like a miracle - in reality, it can be a few simple shifts away. Come and learn a wide range of evidence-based approaches and the science behind them.

This workshop does not use gendered language or assumptions.

Learning Objectives

  • Understand the difference between primary and secondary dysmenorrhea (i.e., period pain)
  • Gain evidence-based strategies and protocols to support a healthier cycle
  • Share and receive validation for your personal experience with menstruation
