Have you ever felt like you’re not as capable as people think you are? Or felt like a fraud about to be uncovered? You may be experiencing imposter phenomenon, sometimes known as impostor syndrome.
This interactive, informative, and experiential webinar is for those who may be struggling with the thoughts that they are not good enough or experiencing self-doubt. We will explore the causes and effects of impostor phenomenon. We will work on building a toolkit of skills for coping with and combating impostor phenomenon in order to feel more successful and fulfilled at university. You will walk away with practical, effective, and immediately usable strategies and techniques to reduce impostor phenomenon.

Ana is a Counsellor at Concordia's Counselling and Psychological Services.
In her work, Ana primarily aims to enhance self-awareness, resilience and self-compassion through a trauma-informed lens. By combining insight, acceptance and change, Ana walks alongside students to build a better relationship with themselves and others.
