Dr. Lucas F.W. Wilson's new short-story anthology, Shame-Sex Attraction: Survivors' Stories of Conversion Therapy, brings together 17 stories about conversion therapy, written by survivors themselves (including Wilson).
At this event, Wilson will be in conversation with Dr. Casey Burkholder and Dr. Celeste E. Orr to discuss Shame-Sex Attraction and it's effort, through survivors' testimonies, to expose conversion therapy practices as pseudoscientific, ineffective, and traumatic.
