Equitable Performance Evaluation Workshop

This is the session for the Equitable Performance Evaluation for Faculty Members workshop, intended exclusively for all members of a current :

• Department Hiring Committee (DPC)
• Faculty Personnel and Tenure Committee (FPTC)
• Library Personnel Committee (LPC)
• Library Personnel Review Committee (LPRC)

All DPC, FPTC, LPC, and LPRC members involved in the performance evaluation of faculty members are requested to participate in this session before starting the evaluation process. DPC members would ideally attend the session prior to their first in-person DPC meeting and prior to dossier review.

Please note that this workshop is exclusively addressed to faculty members of Concordia University.
