Are you ready to transform assessment in your course(s)? Join us in this hyflex/bimodal series where we move beyond traditional grading systems to embrace alternative assessment modalities that promote student agency and collaborative learning. Together, we’ll explore innovative approaches that align with contemporary educational goals, enhance student engagement, and promote a deeper understanding of course material and self-learning. This series responds to a growing need to reimagine assessment not as a terminal judgment, but rather as a dynamic formative process of learning. Rooted in the principles of collaboration and inclusivity, the series invites participants to explore assessment strategies that align with diverse learner needs and contemporary pedagogical goals. Through the development of a Community of Practice (CoP), educators and practitioners will engage in shared inquiry and co-construction of knowledge, critically examining our own practices while collectively envisioning new pathways for assessment in higher education.

Audience: Concordia faculty only

Note: By registering for this session, you will be added to all upcoming faculty interest group sessions. You will receive Outlook invitations for each meeting, which you may choose to accept or decline based on your interest or availability.
