There are many different forms of being alone --- from loneliness and isolation to intentional solitude.
Living through the pandemic drastically changed the experience of human connection, with many people experiencing high levels of loneliness, isolation, and solitude. Despite these common experiences, many students still struggle with loneliness in silence, perceiving that they are alone in their journey, or navigating feelings of shame.
This interactive workshop will support you in exploring the different expressions of being alone, while developing strategies to cope with loneliness and embrace and practice a more positive relationship with solitude.
This workshop is based on the workbook titled The Expressions of Being Alone by Dr. Jade-Isis Lefebvre and Debora Rabinovich. Download the workbook here.
