Living through the pandemic drastically changed the ways we connect, with many people experiencing high levels of loneliness, isolation, and solitude. Despite these common experiences, many students still struggle with loneliness in silence, thinking that they are alone in their journey, or navigating feelings of shame.
This interactive workshop will support you in exploring the different expressions of being alone, developing strategies to cope with loneliness and embracing and practising a more positive relationship with solitude.
This workshop is based on the workbook titled "The Expressions of Being Alone" by Dr. Jade-Isis Lefebvre and Debora Rabinovich.
You can download the workbook here.
