Regardless of your role, you have the opportunity to lead. How you show up, how you develop yourself, how you approach changing circumstances — all of this can be harnessed for leadership.

This presentation will provide you with a framework for developing an approach of conscious leadership. A conscious leader has a strong connection to their own strengths, values and motivations. They are deeply aware of their impact and influence, and are highly motivated to see the people and organization around them succeed.

In this way, conscious leaders quickly position themselves as changemakers within their team and organization. They become go-to people for others, and have the confidence to act as their own greatest advocate, continually bringing themselves and those around them to greater heights.

Armed with this framework, as well as the tools, strategies and practices you will learn during this presentation, you will be empowered to start putting conscious leadership into practice immediately.
