Concordia University's Climate Colab and UQAM's Pôle sur la ville résiliente invite you to reserve the morning of December 7, 2023 in your agendas to take part in an ideation workshop titled "Densifying the city to create complete living environments."

By bringing together academics and city stakeholders (elected officials, public administrators, businesses, community organizations, citizens), this activity will:

  • Develop a common vision of the concepts of complete living environment and densification adapted to different contexts;
  • Identify the parameters and main aspects of a complete living environment from a climate and socio-ecological resilience perspective;
  • Identify needs in terms of knowledge and tools, as well as constraints to their appropriation by living environments.

Tentative schedule

  • 8:30am to 9am: Welcome
  • 9am: Panel
  • 9:30am to 12:30pm: Workshop
  • 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm: Lunch and networking

This will be a great opportunity to share and enhance your knowledge of the subject, discuss different visions of what a complete living environment should be, and network!
