Quebec's Chief Innovator will share his vision and thoughts on how we can enable our organizations and institutions to become more innovative, for the future of Quebec and for generations to come. Everyone has a role to play and can participate in the collective effort of this important transformation. This conference will be presented in English and French with a bilingual question period
