With 18 universities — including 11 in the Greater Montreal area — 48 CEGEPs, 17,000 researchers and 3,600 technicians and research support staff, the higher education sector is a pillar of our economy and key to a successful, sustainable recovery.

The Chamber of Commerce of Metropolitan Montreal seeks to mobilize higher education and business communities to underscore the importance of the sector, particularly through training and research mandates, and ensure optimal synergy and collaboration as we move into recovery.

Hear Concordia President Graham Carr speak, along with other sector leaders, at this virtual forum that will strengthen collaboration and synergy between higher education and business leaders in order to meet challenges related to labour shortages, training, research and innovation.

Note: This talk will be primarily in French.

Xavier-Henri Hervé, co-founder and executive director of the District 3 Innovation Hub, is also participating in the virtual forum. More details to follow in the coming days.
