On behalf of Concordia's Creative Arts Therapies Department, we invite you to attend an information session regarding our Drama Therapy Masters program.

The graduate program in Drama Therapy prepares students to become qualified mental health professionals who integrate counselling techniques with theatre, drama processes, and other creative therapeutic approaches. Through this unique training, students learn to reach people beyond words—using metaphor, symbolism, storytelling, and role-play, drama therapists help clients process difficult experiences, grieve, discover new perspectives, and strengthen relationships.

An 800-hour practicum provides hands-on experience working with diverse populations of children and adults - in hospitals, schools, mental health agencies, geriatric facilities, addiction centres, and community organizations. Graduates of the program go on to meaningful careers as mental health professionals in Canada and abroad.

Come learn how drama therapy can help you make a difference—one story at a time.
