Want to learn about ways in which your art and research can make an impact outside Academia?
Join us for the Faculty of Fine Arts Innovation Day: From Idea to Impact
It’s a fun, no-pressure event for professors and graduate students curious about bringing their work beyond academia—from social innovation to building sustainable projects with communities and industries.
What to expect:
- An expert panel with incubators (like Zú Montreal and La Piscine), government funding, and artist-innovators Anne-Marie Laflamme and Hannah Claus.
- Booths for one-on-one conversations and direct connections.
- An "Epic Screwups" session about the essential role of failure.
- A 5à7 cocktail reception to wrap it all up.
This is about discovery and making connections. If you're curious, this event is for you.
Spaces are limited, so register now.
