Join us for a conversation with the Kasigo Lesego Molope as she traces the unspoken wounds, buried histories, and complex inheritance of resilience, pain, and responsibility that bind and divide generations of Indigenous South African women in her new book We Inherit the Fire.

Kagiso Lesego Molope is an award-winning Indigenous South African Canadian novelist and playwright. Her first Novel, Dancing in the Dust, was the first novel by an Indigenous South African author to be on the IBBY List.
