Are you curious about the past and future of expanded cinema? Join WasteScapes, a guided cycling tour of île Sainte-Hélène and île Notre-Dame. Alongside our team of experts and through the interactive Wastescapes app, discover how expanded screens are entangled with the sites’ histories and how they might contribute to sustainable futures.
At the Biosphere, experience the immersive short film As the Gull Flies either before the tour or enjoy an evening projection under the stars.
Hosted by Liz Miller, Monika Gagnon, Isabelle Boucher, and Simone Taylor-Cape (from Concordia University) and Audray Fontaine (from Campus transition écologique)
The tour will be led in French and English. The activity will take place mainly in French; however, questions in English are always welcome.
